​FRANCESCA GRASSI is the Director of Administration at Boyarski Fritz LLP. 

 

Francesca is responsible for supporting the firm’s administrative and operational functions, including day-to-day coordination, financial administration, attorney support and ensuring smooth internal and client-facing processes. Francesca plays a key role in keeping the firm's practice organized, responsive and efficient by working closely with attorneys, staff and external partners to anticipate needs and streamline operations.  Francesca's commitment to exceptional service creates a positive, well-managed experience for both the team and the firm's clients.

 

With over 15 years of experience in the entertainment industry, Francesca has a strong background in administrative and executive support within fast-paced, service-oriented environments, having previously supported senior leaders across a wide range of companies.

 

Most recently, Francesca served as the Associate Director of A&R Administration at Epic Records, a division of Sony Music Entertainment. Prior to Epic, Francesca worked within Sony Music Entertainment’s metadata division, supporting company initiatives focused on global system enhancements. Earlier in her career, Francesca was a Senior Manager at L’Occitane en Provence in their Master Data & Pricing group.  

 

Francesca currently lives in Raleigh, North Carolina with her rescue pittie mix, Gidget.
