LEAH SCHOLNICK is an Associate at Boyarski Fritz LLP, where she assists the firm on a variety of matters across the music and entertainment industries, including contract drafting, negotiation, intellectual property issues and legal research.
Before joining Boyarski Fritz LLP, Leah was a legal intern at FilmNation Entertainment, the entertainment law firm Cowan, DeBaets, Abrahams & Sheppard LLP, and the performing rights organization SESAC.
Leah graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she focused on intellectual property law. Leah was a Staff Editor on the Cardozo Law Review and her note, Licensed to Rock the Campaign Trail: Are the ASCAP and BMI Political Campaign Licenses Violating Antitrust Consent Decrees?, was selected for publication.
Leah holds a Bachelor of Arts in both Music and Comparative Literature from Georgetown University. She also studied classical voice and opera at conservatories in New York City.
Leah currently resides in New York City and is admitted to the New York State Bar.
